We occasionally run training for new volunteers for The Switchboard. If you are interested in learning about all aspects of the community and how to give support through listening & signposting please send us your application.

Applicants ideally should have some lived experience as a LGBTQIA+ person, be over 18 years age and be interested in learning about other communities under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella.

We also are interested in accepting applications from volunteers who wish to offer other skills or help our organisation in other ways.
